Sentinel Error

I am getting the following error when attempting updates for either my HP1 or BCD536 and I have also tried from different computers with the same result. Suggestions for resolving would be appreciated.
Updating full database failed. The remote server returned an error: 229 Extended Passive Mode Entered (|||2468|). |
