Only certain units. Normal patrol is in the clear.

The CT State Police are NOT encrypted but for a few sensitive talk groups. They are on the new CSERN Connecticut Statewide Emergency Network.

Gil See my post. CSP is NOT encrypted. I can copy every Troop from my home in New Hartford.

Gil You need to update the Sentinel database and then re-write the updated data to the Fav Lists, then download it to the scanner. You find so much activity on the new system that you will probably want to pick and chose which Group(s) to monitor. The Hartford transit and Fastrack use the radios quite a bit, as such, I have them locked out. If you need a hand and have Teamviewer. we can chat off list and I can help. I also have my FL loaded up on the "Uniden Scanners" Facebook group.
