You can use ANY address you want when applying for a domain. You can also go through 3rd party organizations that will list your domain as confidential.

Then again, I looked up my own domain, Polcari.com, and if I click on that Street1 field it says There are 11,886,805 domains associated with the street1 field within Whoisology's March 2020 archive So this just depends on who is listed as the Admin Contact. In my case, it is my registrar so ….
