Try booting with Ubuntu, to prove the computer really works. Then try a system restore to put it back to running W10. When my Gateway W7 laptop automatically tried to upgrade itself to W10, it bricked itself. I was ready to throw it out until I booted it with Ubuntu. Good luck.
