No problem. ASAIK that is the only program that will properly format
larger cards. Can you try the DL again? (just want to make sure it's not

"SDHC/microSDHC card: FAT32 more than 2GB and up to 32GB"

That one will not work for his card.

Well you either need to select FAT (not exFAT) or use another tool. This
